New standard electronic lock for HomeSafe and Viper modelsFriday, February 14, 2020
In our efforts to continually improve our offering to our clients in terms of both delivering a quality product and being able to maintain excellent after sales services we are changing the electronic lock delivered on our HomeSafe and Viper models.
“We will now be delivering safes fitted with the Tecnosicurezza Pulse 2 model electronic lock. Our reasons for changing are to deliver a more robust and durable keypad appropriate with the design and quality you expect from our brand” says Mark Brookes, Global Product Manager, Business Unit Safe Storage. “By this, the S&G Spartan lock will be withdrawn from HomeSafe and Viper safes with immediate effect.”
The Tecnosicurezza Pulse 2 model electronic lock features a cast metal satin chrome keypad housing coupled with a rubber numerical keypad. It is designed for prolonged use, which ensures that your safe will be good for many years to come and provide years of trouble-free storage. Production has now switched over to the improved lock and as stocks build up deliveries will commence from April onwards.
Pulse 2 provides all the functionality needed in a safe designed for domestic and small office users – a programmable six-digit personal code, the option of activating a second user code if required and the possibility of setting an opening time delay if using the safe in a small retail environment. The HomeSafe and Viper carries dual independent certifications, ECB.S EN 14450 Level S2 for burglary protection and ECB.S EN 15659 30P, a thirty minutes classification for fire protection of documents and all sizes can accept this new lock.
