PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Armour Plus bullet-resistant door comes standard as a powder coated door and frame. A range of alternative finishes are available. An optional fire-resistant door infill, provides certified 2-hour fire resistance. A range of sizes and finishes, with or without a vision panel can be manufactured. It comes fitted with a single Euro profile mortice deadlock with a variety of other locking options available. This adaptable design is ideally suited for the protection of valuable assets.

Armour Plus Doors are tested to meet SABS ballistic standards. Tested against weapons ranging from 9mm handguns to AK47 rifles (G1-G3) (FB2-FB6 EN1522 equivalent).

PRODUCT BENEFITS

  • Certified G1 – G3 by the SABS (FB2-FB6 EN1522 equivalent)
  • Doors are available with or without a vision panel. The vision panel is made of clear vision glass which has the same attack resistance as the door
  • Custom-made sizes are available including single and double leaf options
  • The door comes pre-fitted in a ballistic tested frame which is pre-drilled for fast, hassle-free installation in a fully finished wall opening
  • The leading edge of the door is fitted with a metal T bar section to offer protection against physical attacks with levers
  • Doors are fitted with one Euro profile mortice deadlock as standard
  • A number of other locking options are available including emergency exit push bars
  • Customer specific options including door closers, magnetic locks, interlocking and other custom specified locks, handles and stainless steel kickplates are available
  • Optional fire resistant door infill, providing certified 2-hour fire resistance, in addition to the standard security features, is available

CONSTRUCTION

A powder coated finish to the door and frame is provided as standard. Alternative finishes can be accommodated.
