PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Diamond burglary-resistant record and strong room range of doors offers your business the ultimate in security and protection. The range consists of a non-categorised record room door, and category 1 – category 3 strong room doors certified to SANS 949 standards. The door is fitted with seven-lever key lock/s offering about 10 000 differs guaranteeing both its impenetrability and the perfect design to protect valuables, especially for high-risk sites such as cash-counting rooms, archives, storerooms, ATM cubicles and many more applications.

Diamond Doors have been tested and certified in accordance with SANS 949 standards, the South African standard for burglary protection.
PRODUCT BENEFITS
- Certified as CAT1 – CAT3 by the SABS, in accordance with SANS 949 standards
- The door is fitted with seven-lever key lock/s offering about 10 000 differs
- The lock has a minimum of three anti-pick levers
- The frame is designed in such a way that it allows hassle-free installation in a fully finished wall opening
- Moving bolt work with fixed back rebate
- The door is Zinc Chromate rust resistant ensuring a long life span and finished with grey primer to allow for painting on site
- Record Room doors certified up to CAT3 can be fitted with solid fire-resistant panelling that does not deteriorate with age and offers one- or two-hour fire protection
CONSTRUCTION
The Diamond record room to CAT2 strong room doors are fitted with a steel plate barrier that varies in thickness according to the category rating, with a minimum of 6mm up to 20mm. The Diamond CAT2AM and CAT3 strong room doors are manufactured with 50mm Borox™ SP barrier material. Bolt work is manufactured according to the category rating of the doors.
